Training and Consulting fees are determined by the scope of services requested.

* "Parties" for the purpose of billing may be law firms, insurance company representatives and pro se clients, not simply "parties to the litigation". Unless otherwise agreed prior to mediation/arbitration, in cases involving a single litigant represented by multiple firms (with or without additional representatives), Legal Options will bill each law firm (or representative) as individual parties paying a full portion of the fee.

Our mediation services include advance case review based upon materials submitted by counsel and our arbitration services include a written decision provided to each party within twenty business days.

In complex or multi-party litigation, additional fees for case evaluation may be required and will be negotiated prior to engagement.

Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy

A fee in the amount of $450.00 may be charged to the responsible party in the event that Legal Options does not receive at least seven days notice of any cancelation or change in scheduling.
